Esosa is a certi?ed professional with extensive experience in the areas of Enterprise Risk Management, Internal Audit, Internal Control, Compliance and Corporate Governance. She holds a BSc degree in Accounting from the University of Benin and is an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria. She is a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) and possesses the Certi?cation in Risk Management Assurance (CRMA) and Certi?cate in Control Self- Assessment (CCSA) from the IIA, global.

Prior to joining UACN, she was in the Risk Consulting arm of KPMG Professional Services and rose to the Senior Manager level. Her experience cuts across manufacturing, oil and gas, telecommunications and ?nancial services industries.

Esosa joined UAC in 2016 as the Head, Risk and Compliance for the Group. She is responsible for driving risk management, control and compliance activities in UAC and all its subsidiary companies. She was appointed to the Board of Portland Paints & Products Nigeria Plc in April 2019.

Bolarin Okunowo is a seasoned finance and investment specialist with over 15 years’ experience in a range of finance roles including debt advisory, debt finance, corporate finance, principal investments and financial management. She joined UAC of Nigeria Plc (“UACN”) Group in October 2018 and served as UACN’s Investment Executive responsible for managing the company's investments in its Industrial businesses (paints, logistics and real estate). In her role as an Investment Executive, Bolarin was responsible for working with management teams to shape strategy and deliver commercial outcomes.

Prior to joining UACN, she was the Head, Energy & Infrastructure Finance at Stanbic IBTC Capital ('Stanbic') with responsibility for the oil and gas, power and infrastructure debt finance portfolio. Bolarin led the execution of debt advisory and debt arranging mandates for large scale energy and infrastructure projects in Nigeria. Prior to Stanbic, Bolarin worked with ARM Investments Managers and PricewaterhouseCoopers. Bolarin is a qualified Chartered Accountant; she holds a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from the University of Birmingham UK and a Master's degree in Information Systems from the prestigious London School of Economics.

Dr. Vitus Ezinwa is currently the Group Human Resources Director at UACN. He is a seasoned business manager and human resource professional with experience in leading multinational corporations. Prior to Joining UACN, Vitus worked as Group Human Resources Director for Promasidor Africa; Human Resources Director, Coca-Cola Nigeria & Equatorial Africa with responsibility for 10 countries and Human Resources Director for British American Tobacco, West & Central Africa covering Ghana, Benin, Niger & Togo. Vitus was, until recently, the Group Human Resource Director for Tropical General Investments (TGI) Group. He is a member of the Advisory Board of Afterschool Graduate Development Centre, member of the Institute of Directors and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) UK. He is a co-founder and Director of HR Network Africa and was until 2014, a member of the Lagos Business School’s Advisory Board.

Vitus holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology/Anthropology from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, MBA in Management from Lagos Business School, a Masters in Applied Business Research and a Doctorate in Business Administration, both from Swiss Business School, Zurich, Switzerland. He joined UACN in November 2018 as the Group Human Resources Director. In addition to sitting on the board of UACN, Vitus is a non-executive director of Grand Cereals Limited

Adeline Ogun?dodo obtained a BSC (Hons.) Agric. Economics Degree from the University of Calabar in 1987 and is a Fellow of both the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN).

She joined UACN Plc in February 1996 as Group Auditor and has held several management positions since then which include; Financial Accountant UPDC Plc, Divisional Commercial Director MDS, Finance Director GM Nigeria Limited, Group Treasurer UACN Plc. She was the Finance Director of CAP Plc from March 2011to October 2015 when she was transferred to UAC Foods Limited. Adeline became the Finance Director of UAC Foods Limited on 16th December 2015. She is also the Finance Director of Spring Waters Nigeria Limited (a subsidiary of UAC Foods Limited) and joined the Board of Portland Paints & Products Nigeria Plc as a nonexecutive Director on 24th March 2016. Prior to joining UACN Plc, Adeline trained with Coopers & Lybrand (Chartered Accountants) and worked brie?y with a Mortgage Bank as Head of Internal Audit.

Adeline has attended various local and overseas courses which include the Ashridge Leadership Process, Strategy & Finance in Ashridge Business School, Berkhamsted, United Kingdom and Negotiation skills & tool s course in Lagos Business School.

He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from University of Lagos and a Post Graduate Degree from California, United States of America. He began his career in 1976 with Sswed Associates, Lagos and worked in several organizations till 1988 when he was appointed Assistant Director, Civil Engineering Federal Ministry of Works and Housing, Lagos State.

Between 1994 - 1996, Engr Ashafa was a Commissioner and a member of the Lagos State Government Executive Council responsible for Lagos State Ministry of Agriculture, Cooperative and Rural Development and subsequently Lagos State Ministry of Environment and Physical Planning.

In 1996, he was appointed Sole Administrator, Lagos State Development and Property Corporation.

Engr Ashafa is currently the Managing Director of Solid Homes Limited located in Lagos which is involved in the construction and sale of houses to the public.

He was appointed to the Board in 2004.
