THE NEW VERSATILE TEXTURED FINISH
Finebuild is a ready-mixed textured coating for exterior and interior use, which will neither flake nor peel when correctly applied to a suitable backing. Its composition principally consists of synthetic resin bas, carefully graded aggregates, selected pigments and a protective biocide. A single coat of Finebuild provides excellent background obliteration and the high degree of protection afforded is accompanied by tenacity, toughness and long life. Its formulation allows a wide variety of textures to be created as it is applied so that dramatic improvements to poor appearance backings can be made. It is easily applied by textured roller. Texturing is done with a spatula versatile product is particularly useful for decorating offices, schools, hotels, restaurants and houses.
COVERING CAPACITY
This will depend on the texture and suction of the backing, the method of application and the thickness of the texture of the finebuild. As a guide, the theoretical coverage is 18 to 20m2/20 liter on smooth surface.
APPLICATION METHOD
Application is by roller. Ensure roller head is kept fully loaded and apply materials freely and evenly. Limit length of stroke to 450mm(18”)

o Concrete brick and blocks
o Concrete, including lightweight concrete stock and facing bricks calcium silicate bricks
o Asbestos cement sheets
o Interiors, it may be applied to asbestos insulating boards, plaster board and dry lining and gypsum finishing plasters.
COLOUR RANGE
Brilliant White, Off White, Magnolia, Light Cream, Cameo, Bamboo, Calabash, Beige, Hazel Brown, Midstone, Bitter Chocolate, Sienna, Dark Mushroom, Russet, Spray Green, Casuarina Lovat, Etruscan Red, Solent Grey, Mustard – Maize, Coconut. Other colours outside our standard colour range can be produced on request.
STORAGE
Finebuild has an excellent shelf life when stored at room temperature in closed containers. However, once the container has been opened, the contents should be used as quickly as possible.

Supplied in 20litre plastic container.
